As a shaman and mentor, I am committed to helping you discover yourself, your joy, and the beauty and magic in every day life, while walking beside you on your life's journey as your Anam Cara (soul friend). I will help you remove barriers and blocks that keep you from possibilities, and guide you to being a better friend to yourself, so you can show up in life fully authentic, and unapologetically - you.

I am an intuitive and have experienced supernatural phenomena my entire life. I have trained as a shamanic practitioner, trans-personal coach, Usui Shiki Ryoho Reiki reiki practitioner, sound healer, fire keeper, end-of-life doula, oracle card reader and animal communicator. I have spent the past 40 years exploring various healing modalities to live a more vibrant and fulfilling life. From sweat lodges to reiki, craniosacral and shamanic energy work, herbal and sound therapies, hypnosis and traditional talk therapy, I see value in each one, and find they often complement one another.

As a shaman, I have been initiated in the healing traditions of the Andes, trained by the Q’ero lineage in Peru, mentored directly by Natalie Griffin of Naughty Shaman, whose teacher was Alberto Villoldo of Four Winds Society. As a Usui Shiki Ryoho Reiki practitioner and sound healer, I was trained by Neuro Acoustic Sound Master Teacher and Reiki Master, Edward Cleveland. I am grateful to have had such wonderful and dynamic teachers, including my clients, who I learn from more and more every day. I am so thankful for the trust they have placed in me.
